Presentation is 30 minutes, including setup and discussion. The time-regime will be handled rigidly.       Presentation aids should be prepared only in Powerpoint or PDF. Page set up in 'landscape' format with a ratio of 4:3. File saved on a USB media stick or CD rom. In case of Powerpoint presentation, save the required fonts also.       Each conference room will be (wo)maned by a manager and a technician. Please contact them during breaks to set up your presentation beforehand.       Each session will be hosted by a chair whose names will be announced soon. Please make your presence known to the chair.
